Now that we have Pope Leo, an American who studied on the Main Line, I simply tell people, “My territory is the Main Line of Philadelphia—near Villanova University.”

While helping to create Compass Plus, a new division addressing the needs of seniors, I got to know Michelle, a fellow Compass agent in the Washington, D.C., area. She attended Villanova, as did her daughter.

When two of her daughter’s friends—both first-time home-buying couples—were ready to purchase in the Philadelphia area, Michelle contacted me to help. One couple settled in West Chester, and the other is now under contract in Roxborough.

Both couples felt secure knowing they were working with an agent referred by someone they trusted. A Villanova connection brought us together, and the Compass network made it possible to help them find the right homes—wherever their next chapter led. I had the privilege of getting to know them and helping them along the way.
