Raising three children in Newtown Square has been one of Joann’s greatest pleasures. She enjoyed the connection to the community through the schools her children attended and expanded those connections to many non-profit organizations over the years and is currently active with The Wayne Art Center and Surrey Services. Before transitioning into real estate, Joann and her husband built a long and successful career in the customer service sector, operating several personal businesses throughout the tri-state area including Cinnabon and Ruby’s Diner which they brought from California. Joann always loved pretty things for the home and started a small but successful design business from home making custom items with retail accounts to local stores. This entrepreneurial background shaped her commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and delivering exceptional results for every client she serves.
